Night Sleeper at St Mary's House
As a night sleeper your key objective is to provide support and security to residents during the night. You will be expected to:
- Assistance is provided, when requested, to residents quickly and appropriately to meet their needs
- Ensure the House is secured each night
- Ensure any emergencies are managed appropriately
- Ensure a clear and quality handover is given each morning which ensures day staff are told of anything relevant which occurred during the night
- To check on the residents on arrival
