You will work with the cooking schedules as set by the House Manager. These duties cover providing a balance and nutritious tea for our residents and the reporting of stock levels to the house manager. You’ll respect residents’ wishes and preferences and ensure every resident is provided with and enjoys a balanced, healthy, varied and nutritious diet that is prepared according to their tastes, and presented to a high standard.
You will obtain feedback on meal preferences and seek to constantly improve levels of satisfaction.
You will be responsible ensuring compliance with relevant food hygiene and health and safety requirements, so that the facilities and operation receive high inspection ratings.
Finally, you will also ensure that store areas and equipment are kept clean, hygienic and tidy at all times.
